One of my first assignments in my Yoga teacher training was to start Journaling. At first, I found it hard to just sit and organize my thoughts and went on the hunt for some fill-in-the-blank journals. Ones that had questions I could answer instead of a blank page staring at me. And that’s what this is, a list of journal prompts that will make you start thinking about your life, audit it, and know where you are headed. What lights you up? Where are the places where you could delegate to someone else or strengthen your boundaries? For me, I gained clarity and was able to see how I wanted my next year to go and gained clarity on the goals I wanted to set. And I hope that it works like that for you too.

So, grab your favorite journal and pen, or open up Notion and start a new page, find a quiet corner, and let the introspective exploration begin. The life you want to live starts with the choices you make today, and this life audit is your compass to navigate toward a future that resonates with your truest self.

Now that I have acknowledged the challenge, brainstorm potential solutions and strategies to overcome it.

How do I handle setbacks or failures?

What strategies for bouncing back and learning from setbacks can I start implementing today?

Think about the future. At the end of 2024, How does my life look? What does your daily life look like?

Who am I as a person?

What do I do for fun?

How do I spend my days?

What has changed during this year?

How did I make those changes?

What are the goals I want to achieve this year? be specific and clear. Quality over quantity

How will I hold myself accountable to pursue my goals?

After I went through these prompts I set a goal to live a more holistic lifestyle
