How we became Moon Water Yoga

Hi, I am Pamela, the founder of Moon Water Yoga and the creator of Moon Water Bottle.

I am a Yoga & Meditation Teacher and a Holistic Health Coach. I spend my days doing yoga, working on new designs for Moon Water Bottle, writing, and playing with my two Jack Russell Terriers Olive and Dexter.

For many years I worked for an International Beauty Corporation and trust me when I say that you most likely have one of their products in your home right now! Though my job required a large commitment of my time, energy, and a significant amount of travel…I loved my job. I made amazing friendships and I loved being able to meet new people and facilitate transformational changes for small businesses. It was great.

However, after all of those years of travel, a ridiculous work schedule, and a nonexistent daily routine, it took its toll. I found myself in the hospital in pain. I wasn’t able to eat any food, I was losing my hair, and it just didn’t seem worth it anymore. My hospital stay forced me to reflect on what brought me here, and as I took stock, I decided there has to be a better way.

As I reflect on my journey, I can now see how the many small changes I made resulted in a new way of life; a much healthier and happier life. I started going to yoga, eating healthily and more mindfully. The progress I made inspired me to want more change; I wanted more knowledge to further my growth. I enrolled in a holistic nutritional school, then a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. I finally quit the large corporate environment to focus on my new path, regaining my health and sanity. I loved my new Lifestyle so much that I took an additional 200 hours of Training at Kundalini University and 300-hour training with Brett Larkin at Uplifted 

You might expect me to say I found my “balance” in this new Yoga Lifestyle. I am not entirely sure “balance” exists. I did, however, discover my ability to make my health and wellness the priority, even on those days when nothing goes as planned.

Through a holistic yoga lifestyle, I found ways to bring calm and peace to myself, keep it in my pocket, and take it out whenever I needed it. I was able to release control, let things go that didn’t matter and still create a thriving well-rounded life.

And I want that for you too.

I founded Moon Water Yoga to help people locked into the same situation I was start implementing small changes that can ultimately help them live a life with less stress and more joy.

It’s time to stop sacrificing your health, personal goals, and needs and start taking small actions each day that make a significant impact in your life.
